Class Descriptions
All of our classes at Fuller Fitness are designed for the novice right through to the advanced
participant…you can work at your own pace.

BOXING
The ultimate cardio and fat burning class. Learn the techniques of boxing and experience
the intensity and motivation that will lift your fitness to a whole new level .

CIRCUIT
This great cross training class will see you alternating betweeen aerobic and weight stations.
Your motivating instructor will guide you through an extensive work out to ensure you are
pushed to your limit!!

RIPPLE ABS
For the tummy oriented! Concentrates on the abdominal area and works on developing core strength and defining the muscle shape to give you that six pack / flat tummy you deserve.

PUMP
This is the class for those wanting to get in shape FAST! Using barbells for an all over
body toning work out, that uses all muscle groups to tone and shape your body! You
don't have to be "fit" to get results in this class.

WEIGHTS CIRCUIT
Our new high intensity weights circuit, focusing on strength and endurance. We start off with stretching and a cardio warm-up, leading into an intense full body weights circuit. Suitable for everyone, all ages and fitness levels.
